POLICIES

Please know that policies are never personal. I understand that things can happen beyond your control, and I ask that you respect that my time is valuable. A confirmation is sent to you 3 days before your appointment via e-mail and text message. Please use them to confirm your appointment as soon as you are able to.

Cancellations & Reschedules

Cancellations or reschedules must be made before the 48 hour mark of the start of your appointment time to avoid any fees.

If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 50-100% of services booked. If you reschedule within 48 hours, the charge will go towards your new appointment time as long as it is within two weeks of the original appointment. If you do not reschedule your appointment within the two week window, your fee will not be refunded.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the services booked and will be charged an additional fee if you choose to book a new appointment moving forward.

Day-Of Adjustments

If you should choose to opt out or adjust the services you have booked on the day of your appointment, you will still be charged for what was originally booked. Example- you are booked for color and cut but opt out of a cut, you will sill be charged for both services. Opting out of a service last minute frees up my time that I have reserved for you, and is too last minute to fill in with another client.

Late Policy

There will be a 15 minute grace period if you are running late. If you go over 15 minutes, your service may need to be adjusted. You will still be charged for the full service that was booked. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will have to be rescheduled and a fee will be added to your next appointment.

Color or Cut Adjustments

If there is anything at all that you are not satisfied with, please let me know! I always want all of my clients to be completely happy with their hair. If you would like to make any adjustments to your cut or color after your service is complete, you have 48 hours to notify me. Adjustments will be complimentary as long as you don’t wait beyond the 48 hours. Should you happen to change your mind outside of what we talked about at the time of your service, you will be charged for a new full service appointment.

Sick Policy

I will always choose to avoid contact with anyone who is sick because of being in such close proximity to people all day at work. Out of courtesy to myself and my other clients, please do not show up to your appointment sick- covid or not. Because of how far out my appointments book, if I get sick and have to miss work, it becomes extremely difficult for me to reschedule my missed appointments. If you are sick, please message me and we can work something out to get you rescheduled for a later date. I have the right to turn away any client who shows up to an appointment sick and in return may charge a full cancellation fee. Thank you for understanding.
